Understanding Member Roles

Each member of your family can be added to your Famundo site with rights and permissions specific to their role within the family.

Parent

Parents have top level rights within Famundo, like a super administrator. A parent has the ability to add, edit and delete any item within Famundo, with the exception of other Parent or Adult member’s private items. They can view a Child member’s private items.

Adult

An Adult would be used for adult children or another adult in the family, such as a grandparent.

An Adult can add, edit and delete any item within Famundo for themselves. They can keep items private from any other member. They cannot view a Child member’s private items.

Child

A Child member can add, edit and delete any item within Famundo for themselves. They can keep items private from other Child members and Adult members, but not Parent members.
