Adding a Document or File
To add a Document or File, select a folder or sub-folder.
A new window will open. 
Click on the click here to upload document link to bring up Add Document window. 
Assign to: this field is predetermined by the Master Folder owner.
Name: enter a name for the document.
File to upload: click on the Browse button to browse for a file on your local computer.
Select a file and click on Open.
Notes: enter additional notes about the document.
Tags: enter any tags that might be appropriate for this message. What is a tag? A “tag” is like a keyword. Tags help you find things which have something in common.
You can assign as many tags to an item as you wish.
Edit access: determines who will be able to edit/delete this folder
- Private (Assigned to Only): means that only you and any assigned member will be able to edit or delete.
- Parents: means that any Parent will be able to edit or delete.
- Parents and Adult Kids: means that any Parent or Adult Children will be able to edit or delete.
- Family: means that anyone in the Family will be able to edit or delete.
View access: determines who will be able to view this folder.
- No One(Not Shared): means that only you and any assigned member will be able to view.
- Parents: means that any Parent will be able to view.
- Parents and Adult Kids: means that any Parent or Adult Children will be able to view.
- Family: means that anyone in the Family will be able to view.
- Family and Friends Only: means that anyone you invite as a Friend will be able to view.
- Public (Everyone): means that anyone who visits your public pages can view.
Click on Save to upload the document.

If a document has already been added to the folder, the Add Document dialog can be accessed by clicking on Upload on the menu that appears above the document list.

Opening Documents
Click on the underlined name of the document you wish to open. 
The document or file will open in its native application.
Editing Document Properties
Click to the right of the name of the document you wish to edit or replace to highlight its row. 
Click on Edit on the document menu.
Make any changes to the document properties in the Edit Document window.
Click on Save.
Deleting Documents
Click to the right of the name of the document you wish to edit or replace to highlight its row. 
Click on Delete on the document menu.
Confirm the deletion by clicking on Yes.
Click on Save.
